Dont feel abnormal in this problem. Just follow few basics get out of feeling of 'looseness'
human breast is made up of
1) ADIPOSE TISSUE (fat cells) which forms the prime 'bulk' of the breast.
2) GLANDULAR DUCTS in between fat tissue which forms and discharge milk. This component has nothing to do with size and firmness.
3) SKIN,NIPPLE,SUBCUTANEOUS TISSUE
again none of it has connection with size.
4)SUSPENSERY LIGAMENTS.
The most important structure that maintains the texture and firmness of the breast. Firmness of breast depends on Number and quality of this ligaments.every women has different grade of size and firmness of breast.
So if your breast are loose, just pay attention to improve the quality of suspensary ligaments by following tips.
* do not tear the ligaments by streaching breasts too hardly.
Neither manipulate them frequently,nor allow anybody to be harsh on your breasts.
* wear the comfortable bra through out the day. No need to wear tight bra. Remove bra in night hours.

I keep reading in the magazines that exercise helps.... bt I think there can be other reason of loose boobs.. may be you are not wearing correct bra. Try to get under-wire bra. that gives shape plus it hold boobs in one place... when you are relaxing you can stand/sit straight.. hold your hands in "NAMASKAAR" position and pressed your palm against each other. while you press you will see different... then leave slowly.. do it every dayat leastt 10 times... that helps a lot. Hpoe I helped a bit...
